Please complete the online Return Form within 14 days, specifying if you want to be refunded or to exchange the items. The items must be in their original condition, with all tags attached and including any accessories or dedicated packaging.

The items must be sent from the same Country/Region where they were delivered.

After you place an order online, you will receive an order confirmation email with all the details of your purchase. We will let you know as soon as the items are shipped and provide a DHL tracking number to follow the delivery.
